Meet Mike Feldman

In 2015, after a prior career in the new-home sales industry, Mike Feldman made a lateral shift to selling residential real estate. Then in 2016, he partnered with the Swisher Corbett Group and formed Corbett & Co. at Keller Williams.

How long have you lived in Indy? I was born and raised in Carmel but have lived in the Meridian Kessler neighborhood for about 18 months now.

What do you love about living in Indy? I love Indy because it has all of the qualities and attractions of a large city – while being super accessible and affordable. And as a bonus, the people are all super nice. I love Meridian Kessler because each and every house is unique, anything that you need is walkable and there actually are a ton of younger families that live here.

Tell us about your family. My wife Lauren and I have been together for six years and married for four. We’re lucky to share our lives with Annie, our 2-year old daughter, and Lucy, our Boston Terrier.

What’s your favorite real estate experience-related tidbit about yourself? I was the #1 new agent my first year in real estate. I love to door knock because it gets me outside, and I get to meet some awesome (and sometimes not-so-awesome) people. And sometimes I get to work with HGTV, which is pretty fun.

Now tell us something not related to real estate. I used to compete at a high-level at triathlon, but then, well … kids. But right now, I’m in the process of running a 5k a day for 100 days straight. I’m on day 11, so I kind of have a long journey ahead.

Favorite food? Blue tortilla chips and my homemade guacamole.

Favorite spot in Indy? The canal towpath or brunch at Cafe Patachou.

Why do you do what you do? The reason I’ve been fortunate enough to work with so many referrals and repeat clients is simple: I care about my clients & their best interest from the beginning of the process to far beyond the closing table. Many of my clients have become close friends of mine, and I make it my business to ensure that they achieve all of their home buying/selling goals. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions someone can make and often the largest investment they’ll make, too. I don’t take my responsibility of representing you lightly at all. You’ll quickly recognize that through my professionalism, reliability and tenacity. I take great pride in the level of service I’m able to provide to each and every one of my clients before, during and after the sale.
